Your symptoms are most probably due to some sort of gastric infection. For treatment you can take some antibiotics after an expert opinion like cefadroxyl or metrogyl with domstal or onset empty stomach for vomiting. For pain in lower abdomen you can take cyclopam or meftal-spaz s.o.s. Maintain hydration of your body and take fluids like lemon juice or ORS as much as you can.
