Hello and Welcome to healthcare magic forum!

Yes, moldy bread eating causes ingestion of mycotoxcins or fungal poisons, which can cause food poisoning, the symptoms with which you are presenting is nothing but food poisoning caused by the mycotoxcins on the bread.

The first thing you need to do is to avoid dehydration you need to take ORS or get admitted to the hospital for a saline infusion or the electrolytes also your doctor would take the right measures with medications that help curb the posionous effects, kindly visit the doctor as soon as possible.

Wishing you good health!
