Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Lower Abdominal Pain

Hi, i'm a 40 year old female with multi level degenerative of the spine. I removed my uterus when i was 32 years old due to severe pelvic congestion. Last year i had cyst in both the ovaries and the cysts were removed. I suffer from severe back ache and now i've also developed multi fundic polyps in the stomach. For the last one month i've been suffering from diarrhoea, constipation, nausea and vomiting. Have seen a doctor who prescribed 2 types of antibiotics as my white blood count, crp and esr was high. After a week, my white bolld count was still a little high 12.2, crp increased to 25 and esr was 40. Vomitting never stopped, constant nausea feeling and severe lower abdomen pain and back ache. The 3rd blood test was repeated again and this time, white blood count is normal but esr has increased to 52 and crp is at 25. I'm still vomiting and suffering from lower abdomen pain and back ache. Please guide me on what to do. Doctors have put me on zofran but it's of no help. And i'm also allergic to many medications.
