Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea

i woke up about 12 hours ago with the feeling of dizziness. I managed to get out of bed to the toilet to vomit. Since then I have been experiencing constant lighthead, dizziness, vomiting and diahrea, stomach pains, loss of appetite, numbness in feet. I have been in. Bed All day. The feint feeling is becoming scary so just want to know what does the above sound like and if it is serious? Sorry for spelling errors!

Hello,

How old are you? Are you feeling stomach pain? Is it watery stool or associated any mucous in it?

Symptoms are suggestive of food poisoning or acute gastroenteritis. Other possibilities like dysentery or appendicitis or cholecystitis et cetera.

Drink plenty of liquids, use tablet Ofloxacin Ornidazole twice a day for five days, mix ORS sachets in one literature water and drink frequently.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
