Hi! so I went to a restaurant the other day and got spinach dip and I believe I have food poisoning I ve been throwing up and have really bad diarrhoea this is the third day I didn t throw up yesterday I did a little bit this morning only ones I just feel really nauseous and weak

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the symptoms of food poisoning but just vomiting an sick feel could be the symptoms of dyspepsia so just stay away from the food for few hours and it is called " Nil by mouth" once you feeling better then you can have by mouth till then You can try Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day hope this information helps.
