Hi welcome to HCM... You have history of bloody stool with mucous .... So get your stool routine microscopic examination ... If shows ameba eggs than metronidazole given. .. If showing other parasites than albendazole given ..... If shows pus cells than ciprofloxacin like broad spectrum antibiotic given for enteritis .... If stool report comes normal than you can have functional bowel problem .... For which wheat bran , whole grain , apple like fiber food taken more ... Drink more water .... Ispaghula given with milk for that .... If abdominal spasm associated antispasmodic drug needed ... If having depression fluoxetine like drug needed. . Hope your concern solved ...
