Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After melanocyte transplantation surgery, usually dermatologists advise medical treatment. And the pink color change is usual. You do not need to worry. Please avoid shaving and soap application.
Consult the surgeon who performed the surgery and discuss the treatment options.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
