Hi,

You have vitiligo spread to whole body except face and part of the back. It may be of long duration. It is considered as genetic disease. It is autoimmune disease also. Thats why methotraxate may be tried. 15 mg in a week in devided dose. Trimethoxsalen tablets may be taken for long time and local trimethoxsalen lotions may be applied on affected areas. If the disease not embarassing, you may leave the treatment.

Thanks.
