Suggest Treatment For Violent PVCs

I have PVCs and they are beginning to happen at least 3 to 4 times a minute giving me a few minutes in between without one. I have been to the emergency room twice. The second trip got me Adivan for anxiety. I may have anxiety because of it but that would be because of how scary it is for me. A cardiologist put me on Metoprolol which made me sick and did not stop the PVCs. He is saying my test are good but when I wore the halter monitor, they (the PVCs) had stopped. They are now back with a vengeance and I am scared and don t know what to do next.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
thanks for the query
PVCs 3 to 4 times a minute is not a matter of worry.
It gets aggravated with stress.
Try to relax by doing breathing exercise and meditation.
Anxiety will increase the number of PVCs therefore try to relax.
Get an echocardiography done, this will rule out any organic cause.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
thank you.
