Suggest Treatment For Very Painful Crick In Neck
I thought I slept wrong & had a crick in my neck 5-11-15.... sore... no biggy I thought until two days later, then pain went down into my right shoulder blade...the next day pain ( rate a 6) ...the next day pain still in right shoulder blade but with tingling down outside of right arm down to fingers...today 5-14-15 sharp pain still in right shoulder blade but tingling worse in elbow down to pinky & ring finger right arm!!!!!!!!

I really appreciate your concern and you may be right because such symptoms could be due to poor posture now this can be best managed with maintaining good posture and physiotherapy no need to worry try physiotherapy it will be fine soon take care
