Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

I woke up with vertigo yesterday. Saw the PA at doctors office. She gave me exercises and antivert. I am supposed to take a flight treaomorrow. I am not dizzy today - just careful about moving fast because then I can feel it. Should I get on an airplane tomorrow or will it make me dizzy. My flight is about 1 hour long.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The exercises may have been Epley maneuver which is done when the cause of vertigo is BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).

Flying would not have an effect your vertigo. It does not affect the treatment or course of BPPV.

I hope this helps
