Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

Hello Sir,

I'm not good in writing but trying to describe my issue. Hope you will understand and provide the solution.

My Wife 35 Year OLD is suffering from Vertigo since three months. I've discussed with two physicians and both investigated as 'Vertigo' and treated accordingly but not got any positive result. The problem was increasing day by day. Once she led down due to this and I felt as blackout for some seconds. Than I consulted with a Internal Medicine Senior Consultant in a reputed Hospital. They admitted her and do all the required test like Blood Test, ECG, ECHO, EEG, MRI Brain, Urine, Ultrasound etc. They have also consulted with Neurologist, ENT and others. But all the reports were negative. Finally they feel at 'Vertigo'. They suggested some medicines and exercises. After discharging I was touch with them continuously till one month. Problem was decreasing but not completely. Doctors also suggested to take some Vitamin and Protein supplements and a tablet 'Vertin 16'. Now the situation is that she is not getting this routinely as earlier but suddenly getting same issue as day 1 problem, and sometimes it's very difficult to handle this situation for couple of minutes.
So anyone can suggest me that I'm going in right way and how much time will take to treat this problem. Also when till than I should take medicines, or what will the right treatment for this issue?

Regards
