Suggest Treatment For Vertigo, Sweating And Headache After An Accident
•A 50-year-old woman is admitted with chief complaints of headache and decreased range of motion in her neck. She also complains of vertigo, hearing loss in one ear, profuse sweating, and uncontrollable eye movements. Her past medical history indicates that she was in a motor vehicle accident three days before her admission.

As per your query the old woman has vertigo , sweating and headache after an accident . Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to various reasons like low blood sugar and iron level , head injury , meniere's disease , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and labyrinthitis . Sometimes times severe head injury occur due to accident and injury occur to nerves, clot form or vital parts of the brain ,which gives such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe drugs to reduce inflammation , sedatives , anti emetic drugs and in some cases doctor may recommend surgery . Doctor may also refer patient to ENT specialist in case doctor find it related to ear .
