Hi,

I have certain questions? what is your age ? Any trauma history before? your memory loss & disability suggest that you may be suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Need to rule out other comorbid conditions like Diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia. some medications are available to help, though cannot be completely cured. please consult your Neurophysician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. REKHA T, Diabetologist
