General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You suffered from food poisoning, vomited and now feel better. Your BP is considerable but your pulse is a little low. You are suggested to take rest. Start on liquid food slowly. Take sips of water throughout the day, take warm soup and beverages. After you feel better you can switch to semi solid food like oats meal, porridge, custard, etc. Avoid taking anything raw for a couple of days.

You are also experiencing vertigo, avoid doing any heavy work, do not drive. You can take Vertin -16, twice daily for 5 days for relief. You are suggested to get cynically examined by an ENT. Vertigo is commonly caused by inner ear problem, wax impacted, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, BPPV, vestibular neuritis, Meniere's disease, etc. Get required imaging tests and investigations done. You will be accordingly treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
