Suggest Treatment For Variceal Bleeding And Loss Of Appetite
Sister has been diagnosed with Alcoholic Cirrhosis of Liver in 2006. Complications to date, major belly fluid, ammonia in brain ( confusion) weight loss of 25 lbs. and varicial bleed. Blood work results continue to come back normal! Liver doc. has no answer. Age currently 64.

Here for liver cirrhosis ultimate treatment is liver transplantation...
For ascites diuretic needs to be given....
For portal hypertension beta blocker can be stared.
TIPSS like shunt placement also helpful.
As your ammonia raised lactulose or neomycin can be given....
If variceal bleeding occurs endoscopic band ligation or sclerotheraoy helpful....
Meanwhile take low salt diet...
Fruits more.
Daily early in morning take grined carrot and spinach juice....
One tsp crushed papaiya seed with lemon juice helpful.
Its good your blood report improving but regular follow up needed.
