Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching And White Vaginal Discharge

I am a teenage female experiencing vaginal itching and burning, along with a white discharge that doesn t seem to cheesy or clumpy. When I took a look at my genitals, it was slightly red. I just recently lost my virginity and then I had sex not long after that, both of which were unprotected. I have no idea what my sexual partner had and I am no longer in contact with him. I do not know what I have or how to treat it and my OBGYN is an hour away so I cant afford going back and forth. I am currently looking for a new OBGYN but the itching and burning is hard to ignore meanwhile. Do you have any idea what I could possibly have and/or any home treatments that would help?

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of vaginal itching and the possibility would be more strong if it the history of coitus done, so better to try "Povidone Iodine" vaginal suppository along with this care needs to be taken for good hygiene and hope this information helps.
