My name is Dr Ehsan Ullah & I have gone through your query. although after C/ Section the Chances are less there for the retained products of the conception which usually cause such bleeding problems after delivery or miscarriages . If this condition persists then you should seek your physician for a detailed evaluation including pelvic examination and you may need to have an Ultrasonography for Collections / retained products of conception and at times there is some issue with some bleeding vessel which need evaluation.
