Suggest Treatment For Uterine Polyps And PCOS

Hi, today I underwent a hysterscope and D&C, were my Dr found several uterine polyps. My last period was brought on by a cycle of provera...but cycle before that was back in 2011...classic case of PCOS....hormone levels all over the place. I m just concerned something more sinister could be going on, as my iui was cancelled straight away and I was sent for emergency D&C + hysterscope ....or am I being paranoid? 28 yrs, 5 9 , 71kls
