I have developed urticaria since the birth of my first child and it got worse after my second child. at first it was just the cold wich caused the reaction. Then it was spontaneous, and got very bad. I really did not know what I was going to look like in the mornings. Now its changed again and i get the hive around my period and when i am ill. I take an antihistamine almost daily, but the pescribed anithistamines are just too strong for me to function. especially when i am running around after 2 young children etc. I am trying to find out if there is something i might be missing and if there r any supplements i might need. as opposed to just taking drugs?
