Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

I think I have a uti (going to dr tomorrow) my urine is clear but when I wipe there is a slight tinge of pink on the toilet paper. Last week I was having pain near my kidney area. Is it possible it s not a uti but a passing stone? Or can a uti cause hematuria?

dear friend
UTI can certainly cause haematuria, and a passing stone as you have said can too,
the ideal course of action for you is to get an Ultrasound done to locate if there is any stone in ureter anywhere else in the tract, get a routine urine examination and before starting on any antibiotics a urine culture and ABS test.
till the time you are getting through the tests
keep drinking lots of fluids and take citralka 10 ml three time a day it will make your urine alkaline and reduce discomfort.
for pain you can take any over the counter antispasmodic and analgesic tablet.
but please do go through the investigations for a proper diagnosis and complete treatment
