Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

Hi Doc, i have been suffering from this urine infection problem for a year. i have had so many urine tests, and consequently been on antibiotics that seem to help but as soon as i run out the symptoms come back. When the burning urine starts again, my bowel movement is also affected and my anus becomes irritated, sensitive and slightly swollen. im on a waiting list to see a urologist which is going to take approximately 4 to 5 months before an appointment. I cant wait that long i need to get this problem fixed. Appreciate all the help i can get

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of repeated urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity test. You should also check for blood sugar test to rule out diabetes. It is most common cause of recurrent urinary tract infection. Go for investigations and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
