Suggest Treatment For Urinary Infection

my 19 month baby from last 5 months suffering from urine infection.after gave very high doses of antibiotics we decided to give Ayurvedic medicine .from last two months she was well. but two days before we saw blood in her urine and test the urine.there is so much W.B.C. in urine.after medicine red cells and albumin seen less but white cells increasing so much.so what can we do?
