Suggest Treatment For Urinary Infection

I have a 9-year old daughter and her feeling was that there's an itchiness on the outside portion of her private part (vagina)..and this was the result of the urinalysis ...color straw, slightly cloudy reaction 6.1, specific gravity 1.010,sugar and protein negative, pus cells 28 - 35 hpf, rbc 8- 14/hpf...may I know doctor what is the meaning of this lab results?thank you so much...
