General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest to use a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice day for a week.

I also recommend to use anti inflammatory medications to treat the symptoms such as Ibuprofen.

I recommend to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
