General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

He should do a total urinary track check up doing urine analysis, uroculture and an ultrasound of kidneys and prostate. Urinary tract infection is possible also prostate hypertrophy is possible in that age. He may need to use antibiotics and also drugs to treat prostate hypertrophy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
