Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence
Hi, im 20 year old female and has been seeing a urologist for about 3 months now. I have been suffering from urinary incontinence and constantly feeling the urge to go, and often times unable to. The urologist has tryd different tests and tryd different medications and nothings seems to be working. Urodynamic test was adnormal and not being able to empty bladder fully. For about a month now i been using self intermediate catheters 2 times a day morning and night. An does not seem to help with leakage. Been using absorbent pads and has been no help. Past 2 weeks been having a problem passing stool and feeling faint when i do and bleeding as well. Also urine leaks while straining to go to the restroom. This is becoming a very embarrassing problem and seems to be getting worse. I would love input on what might be causing this problem, or what i could do to fix it. Thank you! :)

it can be stress incontinence or resistant uti infection. in female e coli infection is common for proximity of anus and vagina. so urine for culture and sensitivity vity test may be done. most effective antibiotic can be taken. drink more water and take alcasol syrup three times daily, it may take more time since ecol i is notorious to get resistance.
