Welcome to HCM
I am Dr Fahim and I will help you with your query

I have gone through your question. From the available information it appears to be urinary tract infection. However you need some labs like urine routine examination and blood complete picture. In case of UTI there will pus cells in Urine RE and raised White blood cells in Blood CP. If such a patient walks into my clinic I will prescribe Tab Ciprofloxacin 500mg 12hourly and Syp Citralka 2TSF 12hourly plus paracetamol 500mg 2tab 8 hourly for 5 days along with good hydration. Patients are usually well in matter of days.

I hope you find this answer helpful. Do rate it, if you like it.
