Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

I am 59 and moderately overweight. My urine flow is good and clear but since starting Paracetamol tablets for arthritis (which I take at night) I find I am getting up and peeing 5 times a night at least. My prostrate gland is normal size. I am desperate for a good night s sleep, I am SO tired.
