Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to gout arthritis.

O suggest using Allopurinol to lower the uric acid level for two months.

After the treatment you should check the uric acid level again.

I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

I suggest to continue using a specific diet with less protein.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
