General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

Please have a bland liquid diet, avoid outside food, and stick to freshly prepared home food. I also recommend initiating an ORS solution at the earliest.

Aa it has already been a few days since the infectiom began, if you seem to be feeling better then you need not visit a doctor. But if the symptoms are the same, and the diarrhea frequency hasn't changed, then it would be best to visit a doctor for a course of antibiotics.

Best wishes.
