Suggest Treatment For Upset Stomach While Taking Lexapro For Anxiety
I feel hot & cold at the same time which is worse when lying down, my stomach is upset, & I seem to breathe heavier when lying down. I took an antacid thinking it might be reflux but it didn t help. I have just started taking Lexapro for anxiety, I started it 6 days ago. Could this be a weird side effect or something else? If something else what could it be & how do I fix it enough so I can sleep?

You are correct. One side effect of lexapro is gas and acidity. Take the tablet only after eating food. This may reduce symptoms.
It is better to add one anti ulcer tablet everyday. If you are taking lexapro at night, please take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg at night before food regularly. This may reduce the symptoms.
