Hello,

Decreased immunity or drug resistant organisms may lead to uncontrolled infection. Get it done throat swab culture and sensitivity. Use salt water gargling thrice a day and water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
