Suggest Treatment For Upper Back Pain
hi, i have pain in my neck today, extreme pain recently (more than a month) i m suffering from upper back pain when i m sleeping. when i wake up it seems my upper back dried and the pain kills me. I m 39 year single woman, no child... I m so worried and can t study or do anything. I have a really healthy diet. 166 cm and 104-105 lb weight these days i feel sleepy all the time. it s killing me. could it be serious? well, I walk everyday for about at least an hour
