Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain While Having Gastritis
Sir it s regarding my wife . She has severe gastric in last few days . She is not able to eat much . Now she is having a pentop DSR before food twice a day . Severe pain is there in upper abdomen and when she eats food she feels like bulged abdomen. Vomiting sensation is very active with her . She has PCOD problem for which she is taking a medication. Please suggest what may be the problem.

I really appreciate your concern, what the word you used it does not create any medical sense "Gastric" is not the symptoms neither any thing related, but I could guess that it could be the hyperacidity you might be talking about and for that I would suggest to have Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day hope this information helps.
