I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have generalized hyperpigmentation on face and hands and can be due to sun tanning or hormonal imbalances. Consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated.. He can advise you to wash your face and hands with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.. Apply Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams.. You can apply Vitamin E and C containing creams.. Creams containing Licorice extract and grapeseed extract are beneficial.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week with body and face scrub.. Limit sun exposure.. You can also go for Photofacial, chemical peeling, manicure sessions etc.. Drink plenty of water..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora..
