Suggest Treatment For Uneven Sized Testicles

Hello, When i was 8 yrs, i found out that my testacles had unequal sizes and one which was big had like a ligament coating around it according to the hand feeling and could usually pain me alot but the pain latter dissapeared with the coating remaining. What could this be?
