Suggest Treatment For Ulcerative Colitis

uhh ok, hope this doesn t cost money heh i m on disability... funny how being poor could limit our health and livelyhood by not being able to afford to talk to a doctor... anyways.... i have this wound on my hand and in fact i have several all over my body i m beginning to think bedbugs though I ve had them before and i could always find them and this time I just can t i m OCD too so i REALLY take things apart, i ve been known to unstitch and restitch clothing to be extremely thorough (it was my favorite vest I wanted to be SURE! :P) and so... my question this wound on my hand didn t START like the others... the others start out like something halfway between a zit and boil.. with a white head cap that is extremely difficult to actually lance and break... and very painful too, and then once the white cap is gone.. it supporates.. a mostly (until now) clear colored liquid that always sets in a very firm but brittle cap/scab there s very little actual blood this so it s not technically a scab right... i find that if i don t monitor that liquid til it sets hard... as it spreads out on the top of the skin it seems to be almost like corrosive to the undamaged skin.... so the wound spreads now this one on my hand I BELIEVE it was just a superficial wound i just knocked my hand across something... and i look at the skin was all loose over top of it so maybe there was a whitehead that i just didn t notice... and the force of contact burst it... anyways this one though... it s a decidedly orange colored fluid that when it sets hard is still just as brittle but it s like infecting the tissue because it s painful all the way through and i can almost just watch as white blood cells are coagulating there and the tissue swells and then i have to lance it again.... or else it starts to turn that white head green if i leave it in there.... what does this sound like to you? i have no KNOWN underlying conditions though i personally am in the process of getting a diagnosis for either chrohn s or Ulcerative colitis... is this orange fluid and the way it s like almost necrotizing the tissue like it s doing the spreading the wound thing the wound was smaller than the head of a pin to start.... it s now about the diameter of a pea like a green pea not the bean stalk pea.. they re bigger this isn t that big yet :P still is this potentially a sign of toxicity in my body? what kinds of things could i expect to see as signs or symptoms of that toxicity as it s what is likely as not to kill me by the sounds of it....
