Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Dear Sir/Mam, the symptoms you have mentioned are classical to diabetic neuropathy. This usually occurs in long standing diabetes and uncontrolled blood sugars. Tab. Pregabalin plus Methylcobalamin combination one per day will help you a lot. Strict control of blood sugar is necessary.

Hope this guides you.
Thank you.
