Suggest Treatment For Two Painful Bumps On The Buttock

Yes my husband has two bumps that has developed inside his butt cheeks close to his anus. They become sore at times with pus and blood drainage. These bumps are under the skin and feel like a size of a quarter. .the also move under the skin....when pus and blood comes out the not becomes smaller but still there ....can you tell me what this may be.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that two bumps over the inside of the butt cheeks close to anus that are present under the skin and discharges pus and blood on pressing seems most probably be due to formation of Perianal abscesses..

It occurs most commonly due to hairfollicle infection while other causes can be infected gland in the area or infection in the skin leading to pus formation under the skin..

I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist or Anorectal surgeon or you can even see a general surgeon and get evaluated.
He can advise you a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller and topical application of antibiotic, steroid and numbing ointment..
Do warm compresses as it can ease in draining it off..
If it does not improve or start worsening then Incision and Drainage can help in faster resolution..
