Suggest Treatment For Two Lumps On Tonsils

I have two lumps both sides of my tonsils. When I first recognised them they had white spots on them. Now they are still the same size just no white spots. I also have little spots at the back of my throat and at the back on my tongue since I first recognised it. It is giving me a sore throat and a bad cough... What could it be?

well it seems like you are suffering from tonsillitis with pharyngitis...
it is mostly a bacterial infection sometimes viral infections and autoimmune diseases can play a part....
do the following-
maintain oral hygiene
gargle with povidone iodine solution twice/thrice daily
take tab azithromycin 500 once daily 5 days /tab coamoxyclav 625 thrice daily 5 days
take syrup grilinctus / ascoril 5ml twice daily 3-5 days
take tab paracetamol 500 SOS for throat pain/ associated fever
