Suggest Treatment For Tumor In My Kidney

I have an angiolypoma on my right kidney. It is connected to the kidney by a artery or a vein. My question is how many veins or arteries would be feeding the growth?

I am 64 years old. I had an embolization done in order to shrink the tumor, but it did not do its job.
