I have an angiolypoma on my right kidney. It is connected to the kidney by a artery or a vein. My question is how many veins or arteries would be feeding the growth?
I am 64 years old. I had an embolization done in order to shrink the tumor, but it did not do its job.

If there is no imprvement after emolization then surgery should be done. Veins and arteries can be resected and replaced with vascular grafts or venous grafts so you should consult this with your urologist. it should not be delays because tumor may grow in this case.
