OBGYN 's  Response
Hi.
Since repeated doses of flagyl have not cured Trichomoniasis please consult Infectious disease specialist.
The doctor will treat both of you with single dose of Tinidazole.
If you are not cured with it, you both will need repeated doses of Tinidazole.
If still not cured treatment based on trichomonas susceptibility testing is given.
Untill you both are cured you should not have intercourse.

Sometimes Trichomonas can cause infection in the pelvis and tubes leading to infertility. Once you are cured of infection get checked by Gynecologist for this.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
