Suggest Treatment For Torn Frenulum
I tore my frenulum a on Sunday and was advised not to wash it for two days to let the blood clot. As I just went to clean it I can-t pull it all the way back without causing more bleeding. Should I just wash the tip or do I need to make sure I do the whole thing to prevent infection etc?

clean the wound with normal water. apply mupirocin ointment 2-3 times daily. take tab cefpodoxime 200mg twice daily for 5 days.
avoid sexual activity for 2-3 week/till coplete healing.
