Suggest Treatment For Toothache And Headache

i am suffering with severe toothache and headache. it seems the bp levels (systolic) are also increased. local doctor suggested the ordent tablet and going to remove the tooth tomorrow. i am a patient of htn and on met 25 & losar 25 each o.d. and fluaxetine 20mg od. informed the same to doctor. pl. advise.

Can understand your concern..

As per your complain ordent is a combination of antibiotics ofloxacin and ornidazole given to treat dental infections.

And an antibiotic cover is given before extraction so that there is reduction in infection and less discomfort will be caused while extraction when infection will be less..

At times headache can occur due to toothache and this type of pain is known as RADIATING PAIN which radiates from one part of the body to another.

In case you have a problem of high blood pressure you should take proper food followed by medicine before going for extraction and in case your b.p is in normal range , then only the dentist will extract your tooth as you can ask him to measure your b.p before extraction..

If you take medicine before going for extraction along with proper light and healthy diet and keep yourself calm and pleasent as anxiety can also cause rise in b.p you will definitely have an easy extraction..
