Suggest Treatment For Tiredness In AIDS Patient
I have had aids for roughly 20 years now, I was diagnosed in 1994 with 0 TCells. Today I am undetectable and my good cell count is 300T. Unfortuanately, I am so very VERY VERY TIRED all the time. I take 30mg of modifinil with little results Is there something else that might help me. Thank you

I admire you for positive outlook.
Tiredness and weakness are due to poor body defances because of immuno compromisation.
Modafinil is not much helpful.
You have to take daily healthy and nutritious diet.
Multi vitamin and antioxidant supplements.
Tiredness and weakness are also symptoms of mild depression which is occur due to stress and illness.
Mild dose of antidepressant like SSRI also beneficial.
Regular exercise and calorie intake make you active.

As your counts are at 300, you can consult the Medical officer at a ART( ante retroviral therapy) Centre and you can start ART drugs which will further prolong the life.
You can also follow hygienic measures and personal protection measures ( wearing mask. Hand hygiene) you can prevent opportunistic infections which will further improve your general condition.
You can also have a healthy diet rich in proteins which will further make your general condition better.
