Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And High BP

hi i am a healthy man, 28 years old, 19% bf, train 4-5 times a week, generally active i have high blood pressure 160/80. I am often very tired, and it appears to be getting worse. After short walks, I find I have some breathing shortness and must yawn a lot. I am awaiting a second round of blood tests, however the first showed low wbc even if the low wbc and high bp are not associated, one of them is making me very tired

normal bp should be 120/80 mmHGg at your age. you certainly have systolic hypertension. Isolated systolic hypertension can be caused by aging, lifestyle, stress and conditions such as obesity and diabetes. Isolated systolic hypertension, like other forms of high blood pressure, can be dangerous if not properly treated. Frequent blood pressure readings at home can help your doctor know your blood pressure during the course of your regular routine. This helps us to tailor-select blood pressure medications that are right for you.

Isolated systolic hypertension can lead to more serious health problems such as risk of stroke, heart attack, congestive heart failure, kidney damage or other medical conditions.
All the rest of the symptoms are associated with your complaint.
