Suggest Treatment For Tiny Spots With Circular Mark On Leg And Back

I have done extensive research on internet and can t find anything close to what I am experiencing. Seemed to begin when I spent more than usual time on my feet, had swelling in l calf with dry skin which is normal for me but my question is about a rash that I have now had for 2 months. It looks very nasty. It seems to begin with a tiny tiny spot with a little skin circle around it. Thought it might be bed bugs or something but ruled that out. Now, the rash is on upper and lower legs (mostly front only), stomach, and recently back. I do have a habit of picking. Wondering if this could be a vitamin deficiency or a blood disorder. I do suffer from MS, and other medical issues and take quite a few medications. Rash doesn t hurt or itch.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity. You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area.Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
