Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tiny bumps on face and eyelid, need not to worry as it could be due to hormonal changes, excessive sun exposure, clogged pores of skin, stress and change in lifestyle at times. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply combination of clindamycin gel during day time and Adapalene gel at night time. You should take oral antibiotics such as doxycycline, azithromycin or minocycline to prevent further exaggeration. Drink plenty of water. Wash your face frequently several times during the day with plain water. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keep son persisting and get it examined. Application of Topical retinoids will be helpful to you along with topical benzoyl peroxide.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
