Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus
I am having tinnitus for the past 10 + years. I am also Hypertensive but under control with medications. Of late since about a week the intensity of the Tinnitus has increased and I wish to withdraw myself to a quiet atmosphere.Would you please recommend any medications that is suitable to lessen the intensity ? What other precautions should be taken ?

hello, thanks for your query, normally tinnitus co exist with hearing loss. kindly hav audiometry to rule out hearing loss, it can be managed with hearing loss. tinnitus with out a cause can be managed with low level lasers. medically there r som many drugs which can cause sedation and side effects like dependence. ant it requires physicians guidence . first kindly evaluate the cause. all the best. take care.
